The "Health 365 Program" is not a one-time event; it is a long-term commitment to integrating health, vitality, and joy into our daily operations. Our goal is to reduce workplace stress ("sub-health" states) and foster a dynamic corporate culture where every employee feels energized.
On March 27th, we held our official mobilization day, setting the tone for the year ahead.
Morning: Conquering Tie Zai Mountain
The day began at sunrise. To ensure our team was fueled for the challenge, the company prepared a nutritious breakfast for all participants—a small gesture of care that signifies our broader approach to employee support.
Our team took to Tie Zai Mountain for a morning hike. As we navigated the trails and enjoyed the panoramic views of the city and greenery, the hike served as a metaphor for our work: moving upward together, step by step, with clarity and purpose.

Evening: The Badminton Court Challenge
As evening fell, the energy shifted from endurance to agility. We reserved the entire Dashijie Badminton Hall for a company-wide tournament.
Badminton requires speed, focus, and quick reactions—traits that our team applies daily in the R&D and production of audio products. But for this night, it was about laughter, friendly competition, and building bridges between departments.

April & Beyond: Making Fitness a Habit
The launch event was just the beginning. For the month of April and throughout the year, the Health 365 Program introduces structured activities to keep the momentum going:

Department Challenges: Dedicated weekly slots for our different divisions—including the Computing Peripherals Division and the Consumer Electronics Division—to engage in activities ranging from running groups to ball sports.

The "Sports App" Leaderboard: We are gamifying fitness. Employees are competing via fitness apps to track their activity, with prizes (including high-end running gear) awarded to top performers.

Weekend Explorations: We are encouraging teams to get out of the office on weekends, with organized city walks in Wutong and hiking expeditions in Sheshan.
