Bonding Through Sports: Our 2025 Annual Badminton Tournament
At Glory Star, we believe that a team that plays together, wins together. On September 22, 2025, we traded our office desks for the badminton court to celebrate our 6th Annual Badminton Tournament. The energy was electric, the rallies were fierce, and the team spirit was undeniable.
More Than Just a Game
This wasn't just a competition; it was a showcase of our "Work Hard, Play Hard" culture. Eight teams—comprising colleagues from Sales, Engineering, QC, and more—came together with creative names and inspiring slogans. From the confident roar of "One shot, no nonsense!" to the ambitious "Exceeding dreams, soaring to the sky," every player brought their passion to the arena.
Highlights & Champions
The competition was incredibly tight, with scores separated by the narrowest of margins. After rounds of intense matches, mixed doubles, and strategic plays:
🏆 The Champions: A massive congratulations to Team F ("Seconds Kill" Team)! Led by Captain Liao, they lived up to their slogan ("One shot, no nonsense!") and took the crown with an impressive total of 931 points.
🥈 Runner-Up: Team D ("Unique" Team) fought valiantly, securing second place with 898 points.
🥉 Third Place: Team H ("Badminton Partners") claimed the bronze with 895 points, proving that partnership is key.
