Reconnecting with Nature: The 3C Team’s 2025 New Year Retreat

As the Lunar New Year approached, bringing with it a spirit of hope and renewal, our Consumer Electronics (3C) Division decided to pause and celebrate the fruits of a hardworking year. On January 18, 2025, the team stepped away from their desks and production lines to embark on a "Magical Journey" to the scenic outdoors.
A Return to Simplicity and Joy
The destination for this year's retreat was "Little Pig’s Kingdom," a charming nature park that offered a stark, refreshing contrast to the high-tech environment of our daily work. For the 3C team, this was an opportunity to reconnect with nature and, more importantly, with each other.
The afternoon was spent soaking up the warm winter sunshine. Team members enjoyed a relaxing outdoor afternoon tea, sharing stories and laughter. Away from the pressures of deadlines and deliverables, colleagues were able to interact with local farm animals and enjoy the greenery, allowing for a pure and simple "mental detox." This connection with nature is vital for sparking creativity—a trait that is essential for our R&D and product development.
Bonding Under the Stars
As evening fell, the atmosphere shifted from relaxation to celebration. The team gathered for a classic Sunset BBQ and Camping experience.
There is something profoundly bonding about sharing a meal cooked over an open fire. The aroma of the barbecue mixed with the fresh evening air as the team toasted to the achievements of 2024. The sound of laughter echoed under the starry sky, reinforcing the idea that at Glory Star, we are more than just coworkers; we are a supportive family.
